Ana Festas Henriques, Managing Associate in the Social Economy & Human Rights practice area, and Teresa Resende Neiva, Associate in the same practice area, lectured on the Intensive Programme 'Leadership for Managers', organised by NOVA School of Business and Economics.

The lawyers taught the module 'The Fundamental Legal Framework', in which they presented the key principles and rules underpinning the legal system, including the Framework Law and the main legal structures applicable to the sector.

They were also responsible for the module ‘The Importance of Advisory Boards', which focused on the relevance of these bodies in social organisations.

This executive programme aims to promote the creation of Advisory Boards in social sector organisations, bringing together the contributions of senior executives from the private sector with the knowledge and experience of the institutions’ management.
