Inês Antas de Barros is a speaker at the 4th Insurance Law Congress, taking place on 14 and 15 November at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon, organised by the Almedina Group in partnership with AIDA Portugal.
With the theme ‘New Risks, New Challenges’, the congress brings together experts from the academic, legal and insurance sectors to discuss how technological transformation, climate change and geopolitical instability are impacting the insurance industry.
Inês Antas de Barros takes part in the ‘Cyber Risks’ panel, in which she presents the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) regulation, focused on digital operational resilience.
