VdA is once again supporting the Intensive Arbitration Course organised by the Portuguese Arbitration Association (APA) and the Portuguese Arbitration Moot Association (PAMA).
Betyna Jaques and António Pestana Araújo are teaching a session on ‘Multi-party arbitration and third-party intervention’ and ‘Interim measures and preliminary orders’, which will take place this Wednesday, 23rd October, in the António Magalhães Cardoso Auditorium.
