VdA, in partnership with the European Law Students' Association (ELSA), is organising the ‘ELSA x VdA Webinars Academy on Transactional Law’ series, which will take place on 21, 23 and 25 July.
This initiative aims to provide law students and recent graduates with a unique opportunity to deepen their knowledge of transactional law, addressing topics such as due diligence, business structuring, M&A documentation, corporate finance and professional development for future lawyers.
The programme is divided into three sessions:
- 21 July – Foundations of Transactional Law
- 23 July – Practical Skills and Corporate Finance
- 25 July – Specialised Topics and Professional Development
