The VIII Congress on Direito das Sociedades em Revista (DSR) is taking place today and tomorrow. It is the largest national event of its kind, involving leading Portuguese experts.

Sponsored by VdA Academia - and other major firms - the organising committee includes Paulo Olavo Cunha, who will speak about “Breach of organisational duties and other obligations”.

Other speakers include Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira and Orlando Vogler Guiné, who will be speaking on “Problems with the extrajudicial enforcement of pledges on shares and quotas” and “Financing and sustainability: covenants and the issuance of bonds (green/social bonds & sustainability-linked bonds)”.
