Ricardo Bordalo Junqueiro participated as a speaker at the Conference ‘Competition Law: New Problems, Old Solutions?’, organised by Eversheds Sutherland.
The VdA lawyer participated in the panel ‘The (re)definition of relevant markets’ together with the speakers João Pateira Ferreira (Coordinator of Linklaters' Competition & Foreign Investment Area), Nuno Alvim (Director of RBB Economics) and Paula Vaz Freire (University Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon).
This conference was held on 9 May at the InterContinental Lisbon Hotel, during which the panels ‘Taking stock: The (transposition of the) ECN+ Directive’, ‘Killer Acquisitions’ and ‘Competition & AI - An artificial risk’ took place.
