Manuel Protásio participated as speaker in the EurAfrican Forum 2023, an event promoted by the World Portuguese Network, which held a debate on the theme "EU-Africa Alliance: Opportunities for Growth", with the participation of various political leaders, entrepreneurs, and experts in a wide range of areas with a special focus on Europe and Africa.

The lawyer took part in the panel debate on "Green transformation: economic necessity and opportunity to bring Europe and Africa closer together", which took place on the first day of the event, held in Cascais on July 18^th and 19^th.
