Miguel C. Reis and Miguel González Amado will participate in the “Credit Solutions Conference: Credit Strategies in a Changing World”, taking place on 28 May, from 09h00 to 13h00, at the Auditorium Carvalho Guerra, Católica Porto Business School. 

The VdA lawyers will speak as panellists at 10h25 in the session titled “Providing Suitable Guarantees to the Tax and Customs Authority: The Specific Case of 'Surety Bond.'” According to Miguel González Amado, this panel "aims to analyse the possibility of presenting the surety bond to suspend tax enforcement proceedings while the legality of certain tax debts is being challenged in court."
