VdA Partners Hugo Moredo Santos, José Pedro Fazenda Martins, Pedro Cassiano Santos, Paulo Olavo Cunha, as well as Of Counsel Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira and Orlando Vogler Guiné, are part of the teaching staff of the 12th edition of the Postgraduate Course in Corporate Finance – Corporate Finance Law, organised by the Centre for Private Law Research (CIDP) of the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon.
This postgraduate programme aims to provide an integrated legal perspective on corporate financial activity, with a particular focus on the different forms of financing and the main corporate transactions, including equity, hybrid instruments and business restructuring processes.
Throughout the course, the VdA lawyers will cover the following topics:
