Teresa Pitôrra (Senior Adviser) participates as guest speaker at the II Portuguese-Brazilian Congress of Corporate Law, promoted by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Law and by the Luso-Brazilian Legal Institute, under the topic "A Luso-Brazilian vision on controversial post-pandemic corporate issues".
The Lawyer participates as guest speaker at the II Panel, speaking on the topic "Transposition of the EU Directive on Restructuring and Insolvency, which will come into force in April", in this event which takes place on 12, 13 and 14 April in the city of Porto.
