Magda Cocco (Partner), Joana Neves (Managing Associate) and Tiago Sérgio Cabral (Trainee) participate on July 10 in the Round Table on "The future challenges of information and communication technologies and the European e-Justice Paradigm", part of the Online Summer School "EU Procedure and Credits' claims: Approaching Electronic Solutions under E-Justice Paradigm", in the context of the Jean Monnet Module of the same name, which is taking place from 6 to 10 July.

The event is hosted by the School of Law of the University of Minho in partnership with the European Commission. Francisco Pacheco de Andrade of the Law School of the University of Minho also participates in the panel.

The intervention of Magda Cocco and Joana Neves addresses the theme "Right to legal action and Right to compensation against the person responsible for the treatment or the subcontractor" and the intervention of Tiago Sérgio Cabral addresses the theme "Use of artificial intelligence by the Courts and its relationship with European data protection legislation".
