António de Sousa, associate in the Banking & Finance area, was a speaker at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Oporto in the III Edition of the Post-Graduation Course in Securities and Banking Law, under the theme "Legal Framework of Securities Investment Entities".
The lecture focused mainly on the controversial issues (Remuneration, Independent Director, Replacement of the Management Entity, etc.) resulting from this Regime.
