Conceição Gamito, who is also tax arbitrator at the Administrative Arbitration Centre, will explain how Tax Arbitration is changing the landscape of disputes on VAT matters that oppose taxpayers to the tax authority, with a presentation on the “Portuguese experience with tax arbitration”
