Teresa Pitôrra (Senior Advisor) participates as guest speaker in the International Congress on Judicial Reorganization and Transnational Bankruptcy, hosted by the School of Advocacy General of the Union, a body subordinate to the Attorney General of the Union of the Brazilian State. The School is a center for capturing and disseminating legal knowledge.
The Senior Adviser’s intervention addressed the “Regulation of Transnational Insolvency of the European Union”, at this conference which took place on July 1st and 2nd, in an online format through the zoom platform.
