Inês Antas de Barros (managing associate) and Isabel Ornelas (senior associate) were interviewed by Privacy Law and Business (“PL&B”), the oldest organization focused on public and private sector support in privacy matters.
The interview, published on the October edition of PL&B International Report, is dedicated to the impact of the enforcement that the General Data Protection Regulation is having in Portugal, as well as the subsequent deliberation of the National Data Protection Commission by not applying some rules to the national law.
