Magda Cocco (Partner) participates as guest speaker in the Course “European and Commercial Perspective of Space Law”, promoted within the “Air and Space Law (Advanced LL.M.)”, by Leiden University.
The lawyer addresses national space law and policy in Portugal, in this course that aims to provide knowledge on the various commercial space applications, issues related to regulation of the "New Space", use of space resources, satellite constellations and innovative applications of space technology, which raise questions in international space law.
