On 12 February, at 2:30 p.m., José Miguel Vitorino will take part in a capacity-building session on public procurement in the context of funded projects, promoted by VdA in partnership with Portugal Inovação Social. The session aims to clarify the applicable legal framework, share best practices and support beneficiary entities in the proper implementation of procurement procedures.

The session will take place at the António de Magalhães Cardoso Auditorium, at VdA’s Lisbon office, in a hybrid format (in person and online).

Participation is free of charge, subject to mandatory registration by 4 February.
