Nuno Ruiz, by invitation of the Portuguese Competition Authoity, attends the Annual Conference 2019 of the International Competition Network, as non-governamental expert, in Cartagena.
In this conference, the partner intervenes in the panel “Cartel Enforcement in the Digital ERA: Technological Developments and Collusion".
Nuno Ruiz also gathers the presidents of the Brazilian, Angolan and Mozambican Authorities, to discuss competition topics in Portuguese-speaking countries.
