Tiago Bessa (Partner) participates as a guest speaker in the "AICEP 2021 Conference Cycle", an event organized by AICEP in partnership with ARECOM, to discuss the topic "The Role of Regulation in the Construction of Digital Society".
The event will also include the participation of the Director of Telecommunication Services of INCM (Mozambique), the Head of the Market Regulation and Universal Service Department of INACOM (Angola) and the Director of ARME (Cape Verde).
The conference, which will be broadcast online, takes place on 21 July at 2pm.
