A Justiça Administrativa continues to be one of the main structural challenges affecting both competitiveness and the State’s capacity to deliver.
André Gaspar Martins took part in the panel “Administrative Justice as Critical Infrastructure”, where the urgent need to strengthen the resources, responsiveness and efficiency mechanisms of the administrative and tax justice system was discussed.
Alongside Patrícia Vinagre e Silva and Ricardo Maia Magalhães, he highlighted the importance of ensuring that increased access to justice is matched by an effective reinforcement of the system’s resources, while also advocating greater investment in administrative arbitration and conciliation mechanisms.
An essential reflection on the impact of administrative justice on investment, institutional trust and the functioning of the economy.
