Reporting

As part of the European legislative package aimed at driving the achievement of relevant environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals, many undertakings will have to disclose how their products or activities are sustainable, among other things.

Along with the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), the Taxonomy Regulation and relevant Delegated Acts, the awaited Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) will complete the framework that will shape the sustainability reporting regime, significantly increasing the number of undertakings that will have to report certain so-called “non-financial” information in a standardized manner.

Aware of the challenges that the new legal reporting requirements will pose to countless undertakings regarding the disclosure of information on the sustainability of their business, and of the unprecedented scrutiny to which such undertakings will be subject, VdA is prepared to advise its clients on this matter, helping them meet not only the applicable legal requirements, but also the growing expectations of various stakeholders.
