VdA was once again the winner of the “Law Firm Bonds” award at the Euronext Lisbon Awards 2025, achieving this distinction for the 15th time, a recognition that confirms its benchmark position in the Portuguese capital markets.

The award, which has been presented since 2011, recognises VdA as the law firm with the strongest track record in advising on bond issuances carried out on the Euronext Lisbon markets, based on the volume and value of the transactions completed.

Over the years, VdA has consistently delivered a standout performance in this segment.

This distinction further reinforces recognition of VdA’s technical expertise, consolidated experience and leadership in structuring and leading complex and innovative capital markets transactions.
