Magda Cocco joins the Advisory Board of APDC – the Portuguese Association for the Development of Communications, a statutory body composed of invited personalities of recognised merit, whose mission is to support the Association’s Board of Directors in strategic reflection on the development of the communications and digital technologies sector in Portugal.

The APDC Advisory Board is made up of a maximum of 25 members, bringing together distinguished figures from different fields as well as members currently serving on the Association’s governing bodies. Chaired by the acting President of APDC’s Board of Directors, this body meets ordinarily once a year, or whenever convened, serving as a privileged forum for strategic advice and for analysing the main challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

Magda Cocco’s appointment to this advisory body further strengthens the diversity of perspectives and expertise represented, contributing to a broader and more comprehensive view of the evolution of the digital ecosystem, at a time marked by rapid technological transformation and by the growing relevance of communications and digital technologies to the country’s economic and social development.
