VdA has a new Intellectual Property practice partner
VdA strengthens its college of partners and nominates António Andrade as Intellectual Property practice partner, since January 2017.
The new partner, who joined VdA in 2011, is currently partner of Intellectual Property practice, a sector that brings such relevance and great prestige for the firm. He has extensive experience in Intellectual Property litigation, such as patents (namely pharmaceutical's litigation), trademarks and designs and advising companies in all Intellectual Property matters.
António Andrade is author of several legal opinions published in IP publications as well as opinion articles in the press, and member of several IP international organizations, such as AIPPI (Portuguese Group), ECTA, FICPI, INTA, MARQUES and UNION, he is Chair of the ECTA Design Committee and member of UNION Litigation Commission.
