On 15 April, Teresa Teixeira Mota will participate as a speaker in the seminar ‘Challenges and successes of tax arbitration in Portugal: what Brazil can learn from the Portuguese model’, organised by the Brazilian Institute of Tax Arbitration and Settlement.

The Managing Associate will share insights on Portugal’s experience in tax arbitration, now widely recognised as an international benchmark, highlighting the factors that have contributed to its effectiveness in resolving tax disputes and strengthening legal certainty.

The session will also provide an opportunity to reflect on the potential for adapting this model to the Brazilian context.
