On 22 October, Magda Cocco, Head of Practice Partner Information, Communication & Technology, will take part in the Portugal Digital Summit 2025 as moderator of the session “Is Regulation Keeping Pace with Innovation?”.
The panel will explore how regulation can keep up with technological innovation, examining the role of compliance, the challenges of risk-based regulation, and what it means to ensure regulatory alignment in a rapidly evolving environment.
The session will also feature Diogo Mónica (President, Anchorage Digital) and Ricardo Xavier Correia (Partner, Tax Technology & Transformation, EY).
