The June session of Innov.Club began with the premise that integrating women as financial decision-makers is an often underestimated investment strategy.

The session featured Ruth Shaber, MD, founder and president of the Tara Health Foundation and author of *The XX Edge*, who presented evidence and arguments on the positive impact of gender diversity on organisational performance. The discussion focused on strategies and concrete actions that leaders can adopt to recruit, retain, promote, and invest in diversity, aiming to build more resilient, sustainable, and financially robust organisations.

Galp, one of Innov.Club's founding members, presented the Caxias Living Lab project—a community comprising residential buildings, a school, a local market, and other spaces—which serves as a living laboratory to test new concepts and innovative energy solutions.
