At a time when the VAT dispute concerning credit notes under the State–Pharmaceutical Industry Agreement has reached a critical stage — with significant financial impact and case law increasingly favourable to companies, reinforced by the Supreme Administrative Court in December 2025 — the session will take a practical approach, focusing on resolution strategies and next steps. The opening remarks will include APIFARMA’s perspective.
