Henrique Ferreirinha Baptista joined VdA in 2019. He is an Associate in the Corporate e M&A practice, where he has been actively involved in several transactions.
In 2021 and 2022, he was seconded to a real estate investment fund management company, having previously worked in VdA’s Corporate and M&A practice as a trainee lawyer.
Law degree, University of Lisbon, Faculty of Law.
Masters Degree in Business Law, Católica Lisbon School of Law.
Before joining the firm, Henrique carried out a summer internship at Uría Menéndez – Proença de Carvalho, from July to August 2017.
