Cláudia Cruz Almeida

Cláudia Cruz Almeida joined VdA in 1999. Head of the Corporate and M&A practice, she has been involved in several transactions mainly focused on acquisition finance, corporate finance and acquisitions and sales of companies.

Cláudia has also advised several clients in securities related matters and on securities market deals.
