Tomás Cabral Anunciação rejoined VdA in 2023. Senior Associate in the Public Law practice where he has participated in several operations.
Tomás served as the local Head of the Timor-Leste office, leading the firm’s corporate development and advising the main stakeholders of the following sectors, among others: public, telecommunications, oil & gas, mining, banking, and international cooperation projects. Alongside this role, he was also a Professor of Comparative and Administrative Law at the National University of Timor Lorosa’e.

Attended a Post-graduation in Administrative Litigation, University of Lisbon Law School.
Attended the Professional Development Program for Lawyers at the IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.

Before joining the firm he worked at Uría Menéndez as trainee lawyer and associate between 2017 and 2022.
Tomás Cabral Anunciação worked at VdA in 2022 as Associate at the Public Law area of practice where he has been actively involved in several transactions.
