João Maria Oliveira joined VdA in 2022. He is an Associate in the Corporate and M&A and in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice.
Law degree from Portuguese Catholic University, Faculty of Law.
Master degree in Corporate and Business Law from Portuguese Catholic University, Faculty of Law.
João joined VdA as a trainee at the Corporate and M&A area of practice.
Summer Internship Program at Telles Law Firm, in 2019.
Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association.
