André Cardoso
André Cardoso joined VdA in 2026. He is an Associate in the Public Law practice, where he has been involved in various operations and projects related to Administrative Law, particularly in matters concerning public procurement procedures, regulation, and administrative litigation.
Law degree, University of Minho School of Law.
Master degree in Administrative Law, Catholic University Faculty of Law.
Postgraduate in Administrative Justice, Centre for Studies in Public Law and Regulations, University of Coimbra Faculty of Law.
Before joining the firm, he served as President of the National Youth Council (2024–2026). Prior to that, he worked at the Porto office of TELLES (Telles de Abreu e Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL), first as a Trainee Lawyer (2021–2023) and later as an Associate (2023–2024), practicing in the areas of Administrative and Public Procurement Law, as well as Environment and Energy.
