In the context of its Pro Bono and Social Responsibility Programme, VdA signed a Collaboration Agreement with the Associação Nacional do Direito ao Crédito (ANDC).
ANDC is a private non-profit association founded in 1998 that seeks, through microcredit, to encourage the social integration and autonomy of people with financial difficulties or who are socially excluded, supporting the economic initiatives that they propose to develop. ANDC therefore exists to ensure that people excluded from bank credit, due to their lack of guarantees, can change their lives creating their own employment, through a small business. Under this agreement, VdA will provide free legal consultancy services related to the activities of micro-business owners, as well as support in the assessment of projects of an institutional nature and the development of training courses of interest to ANDC. A VdA partner is already a member of one of the Assessment Committees for microcredit project applications.
