Francisco Cabral Matos and Rita Pereira de Abreu were speakers in the Webinar "Stamp Duty in the life of a security package: constitution, reinforcement, substitution and extension", which took place on 16 February, promoted by the Portuguese Tax Association.
In this event were discussed the issues referred in the article, which they wrote previously, in which they analyse the legislation on the taxation of guarantees in terms of stamp duty.
