With the planned switch-off of analogue television in 2012, the Portuguese government will shortly be launching two tenders for the granting of terrestrial television licences.
Margarida Couto and Magda Cocco, from the Telecommunications department, have already published an article on this subject in the magazine APDC entitled "Misadventures of the small screen".
