Filipe de Vasconcelos Fernandes (Senior Consultant) is a lecturer on the Post-Graduate course in Energy Law promoted by the Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University.
He is responsible for the "Energy Taxation" module, in which he addresses the main forms of taxation in this sector, with an emphasis on special consumption taxation and on the most relevant taxes and contributions that affect the value chains.
