VdA advised Grupo Visabeira on a €200M investment by Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
The transaction involved the acquisition of a minority stake in Constructel Visabeira S.A., a relevant service provider in the Telecommunications and Energy sector with over 40 years of extensive experience and a subsidiary of the Portuguese multinational and multi-sector holding company Grupo Visabeira, SA.
The VdA team was transversal to the M&A, C&G and Tax practice areas, and composed by Helena Vaz Pinto (Partner), Sofia Bobone, Francisco Cabral Matos (Managing Associates) and Pedro Sassetti Coimbra (Senior Associate).
