“In Angola, privatisations are economic structural reform processes”
In an interview for LUSA media agency, Paulo Trindade Costa, M&A partner, discusses Angola’s Privatisation Plan, analysing its prospects and impact on the country.
According to the VdA partner, more than a mere privatisation is at stake in the case of leading companies, seeing as “they are part of structural reform processes of vital sectors of the Angolan economy”.
