VdA contributed to the global publication "Criminal Liability for Trademark Infringement", an international study organised by Merchant & Gould.
The publication includes an overview of criminal liability for trademark infringement in several countries around the world, including São Tomé and Príncipe, a chapter contributed by VdA Intellectual Property practice and VNA Advogados - member of VdA Legal Partners in São Tomé e Principe, through the participation of Virna Neves (Partner of VNA Advogados), João Carlos Assunção (Associate) and Carolina Reis (Trainee).
