The administration of the Portuguese Arbitration Association approved the new structure of its Boards, nominating three VdA lawyers for different councils.
The Portuguese Arbitration Association was created in 2006 with the purpose of “foster the national and international voluntary arbitration, as a legal resolution method of disputes on available rights, as well as promote its practice in national territory.
Paulo Pinheiro (partner) takes part of the Public Law Arbitration Council; Carla Gonçalves Borges (managing associate) is in the Sub-40 Council, and Filipe Rocha Vieira (managing associate) at the Ethics Council.
