As part of the crowdfunding campaign LIGA-TE@ESCOLA, which ended on June 30th, the Vasco Vieira de Almeida Foundation managed, through the contribution of more than 150 donors, to raise 20,025 euros.
The amount raised allowed the acquisition of 70 computers and other equipments that were delivered on September 3 to Student Keep, through its founder, Rui Nuno Castro.
Through the partnership established between Student Keep and the Ministry of Education, the computer equipment will now be delivered to public schools so that it can be used by students in situations of socio-economic fragility.
The goal of this campaign was to ensure that more students could have access to distance learning whenever it took place, thus enabling them to follow up school and have permanent access to education.
We thank everyone who contributed to the success of this campaign!
