Marta Martins da Costa, intern in the Litigation & Arbitration department, publishes her Master thesis entitled “The Sale of Goods: Legal and material aspects that allow the existence of a substantially autonomous Commercial Law”.

The Master thesis in Legal and Corporate Sciences, with mention in Corporate Law, and now published by the Legal Institute of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, is a research work about the role of commercial agreements - in particular, the sale agreement as an act of commerce par excellence - in the maintenance of the legal and mercantile framework, and supports a position contrary to the unification of Private Law.
