On the advantages of being a woman in the world of advocacy, the Managing Associate states that "From what I have observed in the women I admire, difficulties are overcome by an immense sensitivity in reading the forces in confrontation, which is then filtered into an organised and prudent, or prudently bold, definition of the combat strategy.
