"In the simplified lay-off regime, now adopted for these times of emergency, by altering the conditions of eligibility of companies, creating the figure of a company in crisis, the government eliminates the criterion of sustainability. It is therefore normal today to see what we have never seen, companies in lay-off that maintain 100% payment to workers".
