Rui Amendoeira, Oil&Gas head partner, writes an article for the Angolan newspaper Mercado Economics and Finance.
In the article entitled “Gain by Reducing” (no cortar é que está o ganho), the partner writes on oil exploration and production, a subject he is expert on, and states that “to encourage price increase, OPEC has to assemble an alternative to artificially cut production”
