Hugo Moredo Santos (Partner) and Soraia Ussene (Associate) lecture the the postgraduate course in Securities Law and Banking Law, promoted by the Portucalense University in Oporto.
The lawyers lectured the module on the “ Prospectus Regulation and Delegated Regulations” in this course that aims to “foster the acquisition of up to date expert knowledge in two complementary fields of law, covering their fundamental concepts and principles, legal areas and the interests that move the players and institutions acting under their rules”.
