António de Magalhães Cardoso (Senior Partner), writes an article published in a book in tribute of Manuel Oehen Mendes ("Intellectual Property, Contracts and the Information Society").
The article reflects a history of pharmaceutical patent litigation, in the last thirty years, in which VdA has been intensely involved, from the perspective of the conflicting public and private interests, and the reflexes they have had in the increasingly difficult exercise of the rights of the holders of pharmaceutical patents.
