Female Leadership
Margarida Couto, VdA partner and GRACE President, writes an article for the online platform Link to Leaders, on the feminine leadership following the recent Women’s Day.
On gender discrimination, the partner states “what is inexplicable is that even the few women who get to the top, with high qualifications such as MBAs, are still remunerated 20% less than their male piers (…)”.
