Ricardo Bordalo Junqueiro, partner, writes an opinion article for Jornal Económico, on the accusation, by the European Commission, of Google’s violation on competition rules regarding the Android operating system.
The partner states “Google was born precisely as a search engine, asserted with an advanced search algorithm and it operates mostly in this business. If tomorrow a better search engine than Google appears, it will be successful. With or without pre-installation in mobile devices”.
